Kelly brings specialist expertise in corporate insolvency and restructuring. Since joining the firm in 2009, she has led statutory appointments across CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and Compulsory Liquidations. Known for her pragmatic approach, Kelly works closely with directors and stakeholders to deliver clear solutions and effective outcomes.

Lloyd is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner who has extensive experience in a wide range of sectors including hospitality and leisure, IT, healthcare, charities, travel, construction and professional services, both in the UK and abroad. Lloyd particularly enjoys working with directors of distressed companies to find the best outcome for all concerned.

Lloyd is the former president of the Insolvency Practitioners Association, the UKs only independent insolvency regulator. He was named Insolvency Manager of the Year at the 2009 Insolvency & Rescue Awards, a finalist in the Insolvency Practitioner of the year category of the 2017 TRI Awards and was named as one of the UK’s 100 most influential insolvency professionals in Insolvency Today’s Power 100.
