When should I stop trading?

As soon as you have reasonable belief that the Company is insolvent. However, should the continuation of trading up to the date of liquidation be beneficial to creditors this may continue. This should be discussed with the proposed Liquidator before any decision is made and the decision and reasons for continued trading should be documented.
